Budapest Fashion Week, was born on Budapest Fashion Night in Moulin Rouge on December 13, 2003, time when the creations of domestic fashion designers were only overnight.

In 2005, Almássy Square grew up 3 days later, under the name of Budapest Fashion Week.From 2006 to 2007, the Ybl Palace, 2007 - Autumn 2009, twice a year VAM Design Center, In the spring of 2010, the West Balkans provided the venue for the event. In the autumn of 2010, the 10th Budapest Fashion Week was held at the Szikra Cool Tour House.
In the autumn of 2012, we arrived at 11 in the Aquarium. Now we are preparing for the 12th BFW, which will be open to the public at the ballroom of Queen Gundel-Elizabeth on November 23 and 24, 2013. International events, celebrities and events are the Fashion Week events.
For decades, it has been around 20 major cities, including the world's fashion cities - Paris, London, Rome, Milan, New York, and Tokyo. Since 2005 it has been in Budapest too!
